



Background
Bob Tacy is an Internet pioneer who brought the digital economy to the Detroit business community in 1996. He led the diversified digital solutions effort at Campbell-Ewald. Bob branded and created the tdah! Digital Solutions Group, ranked 44th on Advertising Age's Interactive 100 in 1999. He grew the group from two to twenty three digitally savvy professionals while doubling sales each year.
Bob became involved in the digital
media in 1994 while coordinating the development of interactive TV applications and the trial of those applications on the Omaha and Time Warner Orlando networks for U S WEST in Denver, Colorado. In his position as Director of new media
for U S WEST he also conducted primary and secondary research to glean new trends and people's response to the digital medium, created business plans and built prototypes for new business concepts designed to launch on various interactive
platforms. Having worked for such firms as Polk and National Demographics and Lifestyles, Bob is also a veteran of the direct marketing industry. Bob has experience in every aspect of direct marketing including mailing list
rental, database development, standardization and enhancement, letter shop, and analytic profiling and segmentation. Bob's passion is the planning, launching and marketing of new products, services and businesses for Bob has an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA in marketing from Western Michigan University. He is married. He
and his wife have two sons.
As Senior Vice President, Director of Digital Solutions, Bob not only supervised the building/redesign and maintenance of over 20 Web sites, 3 kiosks, and numerous
digital advertising campaigns but also developed digital business strategies, architecture designs, navigation, content and functionality recommendations and digital media planning for clients. Bob went on from this position to
consult with clients and manage strategy, branding and technology resources to deliver Internet, marketing and advertising solutions at the international professional services firm marchFIRST.
